The old Villa, built in 1922, was once a dormitory for the Société des Missions Etrangères in Shanghai, witnessing the changes of the times.
We have meticulously restored and renovated the interior and the façade, striving to preserve its original historical charm and architectural style. In the process of interior renovation, we removed some partition walls to enhance the lighting, making the entire space brighter and more open. Through a layout more suitable for modern living and the arrangement of modern minimalist furniture, the villa has been revitalized to perfectly meet the needs of the owners’ lifestyle.
